Nourish your soul on nature’s canvas and immerse yourself with a mindful stroll on the Track, revitalising yoga session and a bush picnic. The perfect way to reset, refresh and discover how yoga can help you bush walk better!

Embark on a blissful blend of movement and mindfulness in this 4-hour late afternoon experience. We will begin with an invigorating walk (about 2km each way) along the Track amongst the beauty of the Perth Hills. At our peaceful bush location, immerse yourself in an hour-long yoga session, guided by an experienced teacher (and bushwalker) to enhance your mobility, balance and mindfulness.

The best part of booking an event with us is that all profits go back to the maintenance of the Bibbulmun Track – you should be proud!

Yoga can help keep our bodies in good condition to do the activities we love – bushwalking! Yoga helps improve balance which reduces injury on variable terrain, strengthens core muscles important for endurance, promotes mobility to help you move more efficiently, and helps you learn to regulate your breathing – something needed to help you get up those steep climbs!

After our yoga session, unwind and connect with others during a sunset picnic. We return at dusk so don’t forget to bring your torch! Although previous yoga experience is not required you do need to bring your own yoga mat, and picnic treats to savour our beautiful bushland.

Hi folks. I have been with the Foundation since 1997, when I first joined as a member and maintenance volunteer. I wanted to get involved in the ‘new’ Track after getting terribly lost on the ‘old’ Bibbulmun Track. From there I began leading walks and then came on staff in the office in 1999 as Events Manager and Lead Guide. I love walking and have done a few end-to-ends. I really get a kick out of sharing this passion with everyone. I am still a volunteer and look after Nerang Campsite. Come and join me on this event!
