Lonely Planet: The World’s Best Long Walks

The Bibbulmun Track has been recognised as one of the world’s greatest long distance walking tracks by Lonely Planet.

‘Forget planes, trains and automobiles – the greenest and greatest way to travel is to use your own two feet.”

The lonely planet team has recently published the world’s best long distance walking trails and the only track in Australia to make the list – The Bibbulmun Track. The granite peaks, tingle forests and the southern coastline are the points of focus when describing the Bibbulmun Track as well as the convenient spacing of the campsites. Other trails to make the list; St Paul’s Trail in Turkey, the Great Himalaya Trail in Nepal and the Trans Canada Trail in British Columbia. We are so pleased to be listed in amongst these other world famous long distance walks.
