Track Towns and Supplies
- Did you have any issues finding food/supplies? Yes
- I got pretty sick of Back Country meals by the end of this, but for my first real experience of through hiking I was happy to not to have to worry about food. For what it is, the meals were good enough. Looking forward to doing it by resupplying in town next time though. Also, at about week 3 I went from having a very low appetite to becoming an eating machine.

Your Best Equipment
The fact that some blogs referred to hiking poles as nonessential is astounding to me. They were such an asset! Also, No Doz.
Your Worst Equipment
Everything was pretty dope.
Advice for Others
No doz and hydralyte is a pretty solid coffee replacement… If you close your eyes and imagine really hard.
