General CommentsCompleted my e2e on 22 Oct. Not a true through hike as I did the Kalamunda to North Bannister sections over July and August. Started the LASH from Albany Highway to Albany on Sept 8. Met heaps of great people to include Gill G, Bonny, Wendy, Ben, Turanga, Damo, Simone, Nigel and trail Angel Mark. Couldn’t have made it without you all. The Saying that ‘the trail provides’ fit my trek to a ‘t.’ Whether it was spare gas, a dry shelter or just some companionship when burnt out between towns the track provided. A shout out to the volunteers and workers who make this a truly world class track. What a wonderful asset we have in our backyard. While it was pretty empty of folks for the bulk of my walk, at over half of the huts I was solo, I hope future years allows others to see just how beautiful the WA bush can be.
