my sleeping bag. it was so cold when I started my hike at the beginning of august and I was so thankful to have an extra warm down sleeping bag

my water filter. actually, there was nothing wrong with the filter. but I hated it to filter the water when it was almost zero degrees in the morning. My fingers were frozen for 30 minutes after I filtered my water...
