- Did you have any issues finding food/supplies? Yes
- Chia seeds!! They have a good amount of protein, packed with Omega 3 fats so good for joint wear and tear on the trails, and magnesium so good for muscle recovery. They pack small and are calorie dense so don't take up much space in the backpack! Can be added to any meal

General CommentsA very healing and life changing experience which has given birth to a passion in eco-therapy.
Your Best Equipment
Vibram five fingers were great camp shoes and a good second pair away from thick hiking boots.

A camera (easiest to just use a smartphone).
Advice for Others
Cold water immersion is very therapeutic for the mind and body. Any opportunity to jump in streams or rivers will assist longevity on the track.
