Track Towns and Supplies
- Did you have any issues finding food/supplies? Yes
- Bough food from towns along the way and repacked into small plastic. Only place had to compromise a little was in Donnelly River. North Bannister not recommended as food drop - too unreliable.
Your Story or Advice for Others
General CommentsShelters and water supplies excellent. There was the odd spot where more waugals could be used. When heading south - beach exit waugals need to be bigger and more prominent. I did see one really large 200 x 200 would have been ideal.
Your Best Equipment
Small solar charger for phone
Your Worst Equipment
Backpack was ok, after seeing others could have used a better one.
Advice for Others
Take advice from other walkers when appropriate, I found advice freely given and very useful, and made my walk more comfortable.
