General CommentsBeing on the track is like being in a different world, no hassles, complete scene changes regularly and great challenges.
Your Best Equipment
"Flame thrower" lighter - $2 for 1 or 2 depending on where you can get them - so easy to use. Also my walking poles saved me many times
Advice for Others
Make sure you plan well if an "End to End" is your goal, include training in track meals, navigation, have a good support team, gradually increase your training and select your time to start well.
