Your Story or Advice for Others
General CommentsHike the track your own way. With my own family commitments, i could not take a full 6 or 7 weeks out in one hit. I completed the E2E in sections over a few years.
Your Best Equipment
Running Shorts. It never gets too cold during the day and they are lightweight, comfortable and easy to wash and dry.
Your Worst Equipment
I remember taking a small set of binoculars on my first section. They were heavy and i only used them a few times. Lesson learnt.
Advice for Others
Porridge and trail mix/fruit is a cracking breakfast on the trail. It sets you up for the day.
