Bibbulmun Track Health & Wellness Day 2024 Event Highlights


We had an incredible time at our Health & Wellness Day on June 8, 2024! Thank you to all the amazing participants who joined us for a day filled with expert insights and practical tips to enhance our active lifestyles.
 
A special shoutout to our fantastic speakers:
 
– Kristine Peter from adventure.nutritionist, who kickstarted the day with an interactive talk on fueling our bodies for outdoor adventures.
 
– Dr Samuel Ong from The Movement, who enlightened us on the crucial aspects of foot health and the biomechanics of hiking.
 
– Stephanie Lock from Adventure Physio- Bibra Lake, who led an engaging workshop on preventing injuries and promoting recovery.
 
We also extend our deepest gratitude to Scott from Paddy Pallin for his generous support and to all the volunteers who helped us prepare and ensured the event ran smoothly.
 
The Inglewood Bowling & Sports club provided the perfect venue for our event, offering a welcoming and comfortable space for our workshops.
