Your Story or Advice for Others
General CommentsAn unforgettable Adventure. The Bibbulmun track is so giving, and has taught me so much about myself. As well as all the wonderful souls I met along the way, I feel I have also met myself.
Your Best Equipment
How could I choose? I love each item so dearly! My walking poles, ridiculously huge backpack (85L), my tent: Frog, my trangia, …ect
Your Worst Equipment
None
Advice for Others
Feel into the difficult moments and write down your thoughts… let go of your expectations, especially the one that goes “I’m sure this walk will help me figure everything out..(eg. what I should study, my relationship with food/body, ect. ) and just be. Putting too much pressure on myself to meditate on things actually didn’t help. Enjoying every second for what it was and what the track presented to me in those moments… that’s what felt healing.
