Your Story or Advice for Others
General CommentsPlease publish my name as Len Henheffer (& on cert too please) only my mother called me Leonard hahaha
Your Best Equipment
Scarpa boots & Injinji toe socks!! Jet boil, nemo sleeping matt & super light super warm down sleeping bag from Nepal. Many others spent shivering nights in july/august while i was extremely comfortable.
Your Worst Equipment
Rain gear….needed better jacket & pants.
Advice for Others
Don't scrimp on footwear, take care of your feet & your feet will take care of you. Buy the best (scarpa in my opinion) and wear them in well before going out. Injinji toe socks are a miracle???????????????? For zero blisters. Try a few overnighters or 2-3 days to figure out what works for u & equipment. Lighter is better.
